Creator Agreement – Audioleaf

1. Purpose

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Audioleaf (“Audioleaf”, “we”) and creators (“Creator”, “you”) who use the platform to generate, manage, or distribute content.

By using the platform as a creator, you agree to this Agreement.


2. Ownership of Content

Creators retain ownership of the content they create or submit to the platform.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of creator content to Audioleaf.


3. License to Audioleaf

Creators grant Audioleaf a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • process, host, and store content
  • perform automated analysis and moderation
  • distribute content as instructed by the creator
  • operate and improve the platform

This license is limited to the purposes of providing the service and complying with legal obligations.


4. Automated Systems & Moderation

4.1 Use of Automated Systems

Audioleaf uses automated systems to support:

  • content review
  • risk assessment
  • moderation and enforcement

These systems may affect content visibility, access to features, or account status.


4.2 Human Review

Where moderation actions have significant effects, creators may request human review through the Appeal Process.

Audioleaf reserves the right to combine automated signals with human judgment.


5. Sanctions & Enforcement

Audioleaf may apply proportionate enforcement measures, including:

  • warnings
  • reduced visibility
  • temporary restrictions
  • suspension or termination

Sanctions are applied based on platform rules, risk indicators, and contextual assessment.


6. Appeals

Creators may appeal certain enforcement actions.

Appeals are reviewed in accordance with the Appeal Process and may involve human assessment.

Audioleaf does not guarantee reversal of enforcement actions.


7. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for:

  • ensuring they have rights to submitted content
  • complying with applicable laws
  • adhering to platform policies

Creators represent that their content does not infringe third-party rights.


8. Limitation of Liability

Audioleaf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from moderation or enforcement actions, except where liability cannot be limited by law.


9. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated:

  • by the creator by ceasing use of the platform
  • by Audioleaf where required to enforce policies or comply with law

Upon termination, licenses granted to Audioleaf remain in effect only as necessary for legal compliance and platform integrity.


10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable law as specified in the platform documentation.
